of Ireland, where she had been returned to training for three starts
after having been bred. In three seasons racing in the UK before
that she had been a model of consistency, winning seven times at
six and seven furlongs and placing on 29 occasions from 59 outings.

half-sister to LAVERY, winner at two of the Gr 1 Heinz 57 Phoenix
Stakes. Grandam ALPINE NIECE bred an even better Group 1 winner in
the form of dual 2000 Guineas (Newmarket and the Curragh) winner
TIROL.
