Two Moons became the first Pantycoed-bred winner for 2014 when getting up close home to win a seven furlong maiden at Southwell today.
He was having only his fourth start after an injury at two meant that he didn't see a racecourse until August of his 3yo season last year. Sold at Tattersalls December Foal Sale to Darley, he was then acquired in January last year by his owner trainer Tony Coyle for just £800. He is the second winner for his dam Forever Loved, a Pantycoed homebred four-time winner herself.
